well..... where do i start.

1. History with weight loss:

well ever since i can remember i have been struggling with my weight.  As much as i have tried i never really lost anything.  When i was 13 or 14 i went to fat camp.  It was so great i had confidence and kept the weight off for about 1 year then i started high school where i was still "normal" i didnt start gaining a lot of weight until i started driving and boy did i hit those drive through windows like they were going out of style


2. History with Calorie Count:

I have never been a big fan of calorie counting.  I tried it at weight watchers but never really acomplished anything.  But this time i feel like i have met my limit.
3. Reason for joining this group:

curiosity i guess.  i am very skeptical now so i wanna see how everything works


4. Some interesting details about yourself, such as your job, your family, your pets and your interests:

well i am a graphic design sales manager i have 2 dogs and a cat who thinks she is a dog.  I have been married for 8 months and love every minute of it.

Hi Emily! I hope your experience on Calorie Count has improved your eating habits. Since I've joined I have noticed that my eating habits have made a drastic change, especially with breakfast. I too use to eat a little too much, especially during the evening hours. This site helps put things in perspective. Perhaps if you exercised BEFORE eating a heavy meal, you'd change. It worked for me. God knows how difficult it is to burn 600 calories. Then when you go home to eat and see how easy it is to log in 600 calories, you can do nothing but adjust your behavior.
