hello new to all this

im a 28 year old girl who  has problems gaining weight heaviest ive been is 7 and a half stone when  i was pregnant, had 2 operations on my throat early in the year and went down to 6 stone so now need to gain my weight back but can only eat a few certain things as have nerve damage in my throat that makes it hard to swallow food , if anyone has any ideas for me they would be greatly appreciated .
