Hello! New Job calls for a New Work out plan...
I am a newbie in search of any assistance in loosing weight preferably in the mid region. I am 35 years old living in extreme NE Ft Worth Area and used to be an active member (10+ hours a week) of 24 hour fitness. That's until I took a new job that demands longer hours. I have always been very active; playing all sports mainly basketball as much as possible. Now with aging and a different job it seems as though I am loosing muscle and gaining fat. My weight remains the same but my pants are starting to fit tighter. Since high school I have worn 34-34 and right now I refuse to go to a bigger size. So I have to come up with a different game plan to combat the limited amount of time I have to work out. I have always ate fairly healthy but never really watched or counted the calories of what I ate. Now I think is the ideal time to start. So having said that any help you guys can provide will be greatly appreciated.

- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
