Hello! Newbie here!
I am new to this site and it looks like it could really help me in my goal to lose weight and change my lifestyle.
A few things about me:
My name is Jaime.
I'm 30 years old.
I live in Canada.
I'm married with two children ages 2 and 7; a boy and a girl
My fav colour is blue.
My fav snack is chips (I guess I will have to change that!)
My fav beverage is pop (I drink Diet Rite (Splenda) pop now though)
My biggest obstacle to getting healthy is my addiction to food and excessive eating.
I weigh 187 lbs and I would like to eventually weigh 140 lbs.
I'm a large-boned 5'2".
Coconut Princess is a name my hubby calls me ![]()
So far I have been writing in the Journal and I've found it helpful. The Journal and the Food Log help me be accountable. I really hope this will help me lose the weight, I'm pretty tired of trying everything and not sticking to it.
I really want to do this.

Seems we have pretty much the same weight issue and goal. 135 would be great! I use to weigh that! lol
