Hello Every one, new here and need help.
Hey everyone. My name is Julie and im 19 yrs old, and new to Calorie count plus. Im here trying to the weight I gained from having my daughter Jacalyn. The hardest part of it all is finding the time to actually exercise being that im a fulltime medical student and working fulltime as well. I only have like 2 days off and i usually spend it doing homework or playing around with my daughter. If anyone is going through a similiar situation let me know, or any tip.

I haven't checked, but if you have not yet filled in your profile, I recommend you do so. Your profile lets members learn more about you and allows members with similar goals and interests find you.
