hello, My name is Rebecca i weigh 230lbs and would like to lose 80 to 100 lbs.

I started my weight lose at 260lbs in Aug. I have lost 30lbs working out every day and watching what i eat and how many calories i eat. i try to stay around 1600 cal a day. this week i have started going to the gym twice a day. i do cardio and weight lifting in the mornings and cardio at night. i try to use up at least 800 calories aday. i will let every one know how it is going next week when i weigh in.

HI REBECCA, IM BRIAUNA. THATS SO GREAT THAT UVE LOST 30 POUNDS ALREADY. JUST STARTED MY DIET ON OCT 16... I'M JUST STARTING TO WORK OUT TODAY. IM EATING AROUND 1500-1600 A DAY. CAN U TELL ME WHAT CARDIO U DID WHEN U FIRST BEGUN? IM 238 AND 5'10 LOOKING TO LOSE AROUND 54LBS

Hell Briauna, My cardio is 30 minutes of treadmill at level 2 @ 4.5 mph. That is done every day Mon thru Friday. on Mon, wensday and Friday i do weight training upper and lower body. As of Mon 12th i start going back to the gym at 7:00pm and doing another 30 min on the treadmill. Also started doing 1min walking @ 4.5 and 1min jog @ 5.5mph. i will weigh again on the 21st and will let you know how it is working. i am down from a size 18 womens to 18 misses. i am 5'6 @ 230
