Hello! Just shoutin' out because I'm new!
Hi all! This is day two on here, and I am so excited, because I think this will finally give me some results. I've tried too hard on my own, and always tried a quick fix. I've always gone to the gym, but my diet hasn't always been the greatest. I like to incorporate healthy foods into my diet every day, but I know I take in too many calories, since I love certain types of junk food, sweet or savory. But! Now that I have a number to stick to, I think that will help my will power so i can actually lose. I love being curvy, so I am going to stay healthy and keep my body that way. So here's my stats: H = 5'8" CW = 176 GW = 150. With a community to go to for support, and a number of calories to stick to, I think this can work!

welcome! I started here this week as well and I am extremely impressed with the site - I've joined other sites where I had to pay for half the information I'm getting here for free.. and the support structure wasn't nearly as amazing as it is here.
I'm currently at 202 (down from 205 on Monday.. yay water weight!) and my goal is 156 by the end of the year :)
