Hi Everyone,
I've recently become a little too "fluffy" :)
I lost weight on a low carb diet but just don't want to eat that way forever and it's too much work to modify everything.
Three yrs ago my husband landed a job in Alaska, hence I didn't cook anymore and just ate whatever. Unfortunately the whatevers have put 20 lbs. on me. I need to cap that NOW and get off my butt and eat healthier. I wish I could say I love to exercise but I have to disguise it as a walk with entertaining scenery or something. I do have a treadmill but find it sooooo boring. Music or TV doesn't really help the boredom. I know I should "just do it". I think I'd do better exploring different parks and committing to brisk walks.
