i started RC last week and havemy first weigh in tonight GULP.The diet is quite restrictive for the first two weeks but must admit i really enjoyed it so far.

Hope to get on here asmuch as i can to keep motivated,

I am 41 and have been happily married for just over 4 years,we have no children.

I have always struggled with my weight but need to do something now as my mum has diabetes and osteoporosis and other probs so i need to act now before i get any older.

Well that is a little about me

yes it is rosemary and for the first two weeks you are allowed 1200 cals, mustbe working though as i lost 5.5lb in first week, and am cooking from scratch as well, nothing out of a jar and really enjoying that side of it as well.

After week three you are allowed desserts and cals go up by 300 per day,but i must admit altough i have done RC before this time i am enjoying it the most.
