So I have this problem.

I have been maintaining succesfully for a month, but... I am such an as* ... My maintenance was pretty good, but low on sugar and blood sugar went down a lot, i felt always tired, sleepless etc.... i baught an excercise bike and drive 500 cals a day (takes me like hour and a half). My maintenance calories were about 2000. My BMR is pretty low because of crash dieting before.

Now I have huge hunger moments that i eat whatever is on my hand a lot (~1500 cals) and that follows a 2 hour excercise in a fair of gaining fat.

Can anyone give me a good solution how to stop this from happening.. can anyone tell me how much calories should i eat per day to maintian stable weight.and not to experience these eating disorders.. i am excercising roughly 1-2 hours a day, but my bmr is low... I am 6''2' man 160 lbs, (at least last month) now flux from 160 to 170 every two days.

If I assume you're mid twenties (?) then you need between 2800 - 3100 cals a day.  Your BMR will be low if you've been undereating... that's how it works.  But if you aim for the above intake and split it into a series of regular meals and snacks you'll probably find your metabolism races to catch up.  You'll certainly find that more food and more regular meals will cure the excessive fatigue, low blood-sugars, bingeing and other symptoms of malnutrition that you're experiencing.  You may gain a little weight at first but since your BMI is at the low end of a healthy weight, you have plenty of scope and things will stabilise very quickly.

Choose energy-dense, low bulk foods initially so that you're not facing too many enormous platesful.   Step up the quantities as fast as you feel comfortable with.   Choose a wide variety of foods so that you get a broad spectrum of nutrition.  Especially focus on iron-rich foods such as fortified cereals, red meat, whole eggs, dark green vegetables and wholegrains.  Also vitamin C-rich foods such as citrus fruit, kiwifrut and berries... this helps you absorb the iron.   Iron deficiency is another cause of fatigue.  Get plenty of fats (25-30% of your intake) since many vitamins are fat-soluble and can't be created by the body in the absence of fat.   A daily multivitamin with iron would be a good safety-net.
