Help to get back on track

Quote  |  Reply

Hey!

Last year I started on a 'weight loss journey' you could call it. I was doing pretty well for a while almost a year. I never got to my ideal weight, and Im still not sure why. I fell off the wagon over the summer with traveling, etc. I would really love to find a support system to help me get back and track and maybe do even better than last time.

Heres some stats

 I'm 17

 around 180 lbs, 5'3"

I dont have a gym membership. Ive got a stationary bike and treadmill but Ive got a messed up foot/hip. It doesnt disable me very much at all but I can't straight up run very well so I dont know about the treadmill.

and Im a picky eater. I was raised on fast food (chicken tenders, fries, turkey and cheese sandwich, and pb and js are what I end up eating a lot.)

Anyway. sorry this is long and I might be a complicated. Any advice or friends would be appreciated.

You dont need to straight up run on the treadmill, but you certainly can walk on it for 30-45 min a day right?  I would venture to say that putting fast foods in your body is your biggest 'sin'.  Perhaps you could concentrate on switching out those fast food chicken tenders and learn to cook chicken breasts.  They are actually quite tasty.  Peanut butter is a good source of protein, but realize too that you need to balance your day with vegetables, protein, and fruits.
