help my bum is vanishing
whats going on, i was 165lb and now almost 2 months later with eating 1500 calories a day and running 3 miles every other day im 152lb, i did it to get a bit of fat off my body and importantly get my fat belly off, now my bum is disapearing and my jeans look all baggy round my bum, i didnt want to buy new clothes but now i think i might have to!!! has this happened to anyone else?
Sadly, you can't predict where your body will lose or gain fat first. All you can say is that, over time, things will probably even out. Buy a few new clothes as you go so that you don't look too much like Charlie Chaplin...
nothing too expensive at this mid stage.

Rejoice that anything dissappears! Only my opinion of course.

My butt, is still there..... and my thighs are huge,,, but my ta ta's are gone... I mean gone I could completely go without a bra and noone would notice.
I purchased a Nearly A bra and it is to damn big in the cup... this is ridiculous.
After I maintain a couple of years will be thinking of implants.

Want some of my bum? No matter how many times I loose weight that thing never gets any smaller. Thank God my husband married me for my great ass as he says! lol grins a little, But seriously I would be in heaven if I could loose some of my tummy and my giganto thighs.
Hello? People.... *shakes head* Just because you lost weight, and most importantly, can't control where the fat comes from, DOES NOT MEAN YOU CAN'T REMEDY THIS PROBLEM WITH MUSCLE!!!
Do butt exercises. I'm talking squats, lunges, leg lifts, stairs, etc. Anything that makes your butt hurt. My favorite is the lunges, but that's just me. It'll build muscle there, and make it look like you do indeed still have your butt. Just because you can't control where fat comes off doesn't mean you can't decide where to build muscle... *sigh*
Agreeing w/ tyrdrop here! Squats, squats, and, then? Do more squats. Do them with weights in your hands. If you have an exercise ball, you can slide up and down the wall, three sets of 15 with your feet together, shoulder distance, then wide, like a ballet plie. Check youtube for videos on how to do squats at home (or at the gym, if you have one.) Also try spinning - a good spin class will really develop all of your lower body (or ride a bike if you're working out from home.)
That happening to me also! When I was 16 I lost 60 lbs and everyone kept saying I don't have a butt anymore lol
Congrats on the weight loss!![]()
