Help with calorie intake
ive recently began recovering ffrom an E.D since over the holidays. I gained alot of the weight back but now it seems it just keeps adding up. i used this website http://www.bcm.edu/cnrc/bodycomp/bmiz2.html and it said i could eat 2780 cals, seeing i work out almost everyday for over an hour.
i was just curious to if that seems logical because even if i ea 1500 i always feel like im still gaining, which i really do not want. ive even been weight training with atrainer 3 times a week and doing an hour of cardio each day.
