Help!! How many calories?!?!

okay, so according to the calorie expenditure calculator, based on my weight and activity level, i burn approx 2300 cal/day.  nice and wonderful and all, but how many calories should i be consuming?

 

right now i'm going with right around 1700 or so.  stick with this or go higher or lower?

go with about 1800, a safe and definite deficit is supposed to be 500, with a 500 cal deficit you are the most likely to loose and keep it off once you return to maintenance

Under tools you will see calorie target.  Click on calorie target and fill in the info.  It will calculate the number of calories you should eat per day to reach your personal goal.
