HELP! Cant think of these movie Titles

Okay..one of them has four girls in it. They go to a private school and have this club in like..a basement or something. One of them is fat and always has canne foods with her she eats. They have a dance with a boys private school once and put beer cans adn stuff on the bus to get them in trouble and one of the girls took the boy into a room and they drank coke and took asprin.

The other is about a group of boys who were fighting with another group of boys over a tree house I think. At the end..they got in a really big fight ending with one of the boys falilng in a water tower and one of them from the other group helping them out of the tower.

If you know the title PLEASE. I've been trying to figure it out FOREVER

I don't know.  I remember a movie where these 2 girls were in a dorm room and one turned on a radio, popped her top, and started dancing in front of the window for these construction workers outside.  

I know that doesn't answer your question, but it was hot.

I think the first one is All I Wanna Do.

Not sure about the second one... maybe stand by me?  Was there a scene with a natural body of water and leeches?
