Hello all!
Just got a quick question because I am a bit confused about selecting my activity level. I have a desk job, so much of my time is spent sitting at my desk answering phone calls and what have you. Also, when at home, I will be probly at my OTHER desk crusing around the internet. Now because of these two things I was thinking Sedentary, but I work out quite a bit as well. I generally wake up every morning and spend 30-60 mins on the treadmill doing interval training, medium intensity. Also, I do 1-2 hours of high intensity martial arts training 3-4 nights a week.
In some of the more experienced members opinions, am I sedentary, or light activity level?

it might work for you to enter "sedentary" and then actually log your activities for a day or two, to see what your real "burned calories" are. that's what i did, and it gave me a pretty good idea of what i need, both for weight loss, and for maintenance.
Thanks alot Elin, I will do just that!
