Help with counts

Quote  |  Reply
Good evening everyone,

I've posted in here before when i've needed help, so im hoping someone may be able to give me some help this time. I have an eating disorder and im currently in the middle of my recovery, and im trying very hard to reach my goals every day. Tomorrow i will be going out to dinner, and i need some help with a menu Item. While looking over the menu at applebees, i saw a chicken tortilla melt. The one problem is its, obviously, chicken, and im a vegetarian. The tortilla melt with chicken is 480 calories, a perfect number of calories to add to my daily intake. Without the chicken, does anyone have any idea how many calories would remain so i can make sure i reach my goal tomorrow?

Thanks so anyone who may be able to help =)

I would recommend another item, I doubt that it will be enough for what your body needs without the chicken.

How about trying not to focus on the calories, and try and pick something you want based on taste, not calories.  You won't enjoy it otherwise.  I know I know, easier said than done, right? ^_^ hope all goes well
