Can any one help with exercises to improve my waistline - I've lost over a stone but my waist size is hardly moving so I reckon I need some exercise for this area. I walk and dance for exercise and this isn't helping.

I would suggest crunches and situps. Or good ab-routine on tape. This will at least tightent the muscles. Otherwise increase your cardio work-out, your waist will decrease with time. There is really no way to spot train. Fat will only leave when its ready. Unfortunately for most people the waistline is the last place to change. I have the same problem. It just takes discipline. Stick with it and you'll eventually see what you've been waiting for.
Ramp up your cardio sessions and burn more fat. Eat well, stay hydrated. Taking in some carb + protein (like milk or banana or chocolate milk) will help your endurance during training & post workout (thus allowing you to burn more calories (& fat).
