Can you help me figure out how many calories are in this sandwich?

How many calories do you think are there in the Salmon Mayo soft broiche (6), Classic Mayo Baguette (4) and the smoked salmon foccacia (11)??

Heres the menu:

And which one do you think is the less calorie-dense food in the menu? Naturally I think it'll be the veggies delight ciabatta or smoked salmon with Caesar Salad but then both don't look too appetizing to me... Any suggestions?? I am kind of tempted to try the French Hot Dog Baguette as well...?

I'm a little confused, are you talking about a certain restaurant?
oppps! Yes! I forgot to post the link of the menu. :P
Helllloooo? Can anyone help??? Just to add- the baguette is around 7-8 inches.
  1. Um well a hot dog is like, 140 calories, and a baguette is around 137.  So that would be 277.... I can't tell what condiments are on the sandwich though. Personally I'd just eat a salad, but whatever. I've never heard of that restaraunt before.
The menu appears really small on my screen, but dear Lord, do I see sandwiches priced at $29?

Anyhow, the veggie and salmon ones should be lower cal. Also, any of the sandwiches that have like thin sliced meat, like the $45, are better cal-wise. I'd stay away from any egg or tuna salad, they mix mayo with it. Ask for yours without mayo or cheese if you want the calories to be reduced.

The hot dog one looks like it may be high-cal, but I say get whatever you want if you don't go out to eat very often. You deserve a treat!
i don't really have anything to add except i totally miss hk delifrance. i like the $10 tuna mushroom puff. impossibly messy to eat but seriously delicious.

plus not sure i'd be willing to pay $40+ for a sandwich.

i'd say the veggie delight and smoked salmon focaccia would be the low cal choices... the caesar dressing on the salad might add a few empty cals. i'd just get the hot dog and eat light at dinner. :D
