Help with fitness calculator
Im new at CC and while most of it is self explanatory I am having a problem understanding how to use the fitness calculator.
I have been walking a mile in 20 minutes every day for the last week..but when I try to get the calories burned I find I need the MPH ..is that Miles Per Hour walked ?? How do I calculate that ?
I count it as Walking on paved path walking moderatly..but I dont know how to figure the mph
Please Help
Thanks

If you walk one mile in 20 minutes, it would be equal to 3 MPH. (60 minutes divided by 20 minutes for the 1 mile you did, equals 3)
Thanks for your help..
