I haven't but most people take measurements of the body.  Inches can be loss without a significant weigh loss because muscle mass weighs more.

You might want to try that!  Good luck!

Take care and God Bless.

Welcome to my world!!! j/k but I feel where you're coming from.

BTW I just noticed you just signed up for cc like 3 days ago so I would say try logging what you eat RELIGIOUSLY , seriously EVERYTHING  and you might be surprised you might not be eating as healthy as you think.  When I started CC I was obviously a fatty but I did not realize just how much! One day I logged everything I ate in a regular pre -diet day , I didn't go over board or go to a buffet or anything just regular day for me and I had consumed nearly 4000 cals I was shocked , no wonder I weighed almost 230 pounds.  Also a lot of things you think are "healthy" can pack a calorie punch if not measure/weighed out so again my advise is log your food intake for a few days and then from there evaluate how you can modify to do better.

Good Luck!!
