I am 20 years old, 5'5 and i weigh about 125 pounds. I know that is is not heavy but i really want to get down to my "feel good weight" of 118. I turn 21 in three weeks are would really like to reach my goal by then. Is this possible?

I already eat very healthy and i play sports so i practice 3 days a week. But that just doesnt seem to be getting me anywhere. I eat about 1400 calories a day. Does anyone have any suggestions for me?

you could try working out, going to the gym, going for a long walk, or a jog. do some form of exorcise on the days when you don't have practice so you are active every day, your body is probably used to the amount of activity u do right now, bump it up a bit and i bet your body will start to loose weight, but u are already a lighter weight so it might take more time to loose it. those last few pounds are always the hardest *as I'm told* i hope i get to find out how hard those last few pounds are someday!!

good luck!
