I did JM 30 day shred 3 days ago. Before I started I was 62.5kg, but from the day I started I was 64. I do Time works also for 10 mins and I have a balanced diet. My legs sore like hell. Can that be a reason for that? I really can't understand why I'm gaining weight. I've actually lost some inches too.

Everyone gets that when they start working out - your muscles retain water and your glycogen stores increase. Since every gram of glycogen needs 3-4g of water to keep it in suspension, when your glycogen stores double in response to exercise you tend to gain a pound or two just from that.

Don't worry about it, just keep doing what you're doing - the extra water should go away in a week or two.

Thank you so much. I'm looking forward for that.
