Help!!
I am on my monthly cycle and I just want to eat and do nothing. Does anyone have any sugguestions that will help me get other this hump? I do not want to throw away all the hard work just for a few days.

try to walk that works for me. I was on mine last week and lost weight! I started the week at 148 jumped to 150! Then back down to 146.4 this morning. Dont beat yourself up. DO whatever exercise you feel comfortable with. I get bad cramps and walking really helps. I like to work my arms out during that time to that way it takes my mind off of the cramps. If you dont feel like exercising then focus on eating healthy foods. Reach for some strawberries, make a smoothie or drink some fresh juice. If you need to be bad just stick to one serving, dont sit down with a bag of chips and go crazy. You wont feel so bad if you measure it out. Try not to let it stress you out. We are hre for you!

I have mine too! At first I didn't want to go to the gym but then I forced myself up and took a hot shower, it releaved my cramps enough to get me to the gym. Then I just took it easy and walked on the treadmill, walking really will releave cramps!!! Also, my worst cravings during this time is chocolate and SALT!!! If you are the same way try to stay away from salty food because I know once I start eating them there is no stopping me. And for my chocolate cravings I just have a slimfast along with a lite meal and they are so sweet you wont think of having any candy or chocolate!!! Hope you get through it, but like said before don't stress yourself out, just take it easy it will be done before you know it and next month will be that much easier!!! HAVE A GREAT DAY!!!
I am heading straight in to mine...I am hungry for what ever is in the way! I try no to have anythign in the house for I will open and insert!! salt, sugar, salt and sugar...never enough of either one! I am trying and I am going out for a walk tonight and work out in a few minutes for my February challenge and I also began my March!! My htoughts are with you and keep goign straight ahead.....you can do anythign you set your mind up too! I did...I put the chocolate back on the shelf today when i was shopping...that my dear, was a big step.......but I don't feel guilty now!!! I ate dried apricots, walnuts and a few prunes.....it cured my sweet tooth!

Lol right there with you... I like to give myself a day to just sit back and watch movies and what not... then I just go and pick it back up the next day :)
