Hi everyone, this is my first time on Calory Count.

I need help!!!

I am 5ft 1" ish and 192lb.

I am at least 32 to 48 lbs overweight but just keep eating and eating.  Fortunately I have stayed the same at 192ish lbs for nearly a year but my motivation is completely lacking.

I got down to 156lbs a few years ago but I've put it all on and more besides.

I have a 14 year old boy with autism which is really stressful and my husband isn't very supportive either.

Were do I start?  I've tried one day at a time but it just lasts a week at the most and I'm back to square one.

Please help!!!!!!!!

Just do it!  Start... today.  Start logging in EVERYTHING you put in your mouth.  Even if you don't make good choices the first couple of days, you will see how many calories you are consuming.  That will be great motivation.

As for exercise... start small.  Start a walk/jog in your neighborhood.  Or rent a good aerobics DVD from the Library.  If you can't complete it just try to go a little longer and a little harder the next day.

It won't happen right away, but soon, you will start feeling so much better.

You can do it.  Just do it!
