ive been on a diet now for a month and a week and every week i would lose atlest 2-3 pounds a week and in the last week i have not lost a pound i been doing everything the same i go on the treadmill for an hour a day i walk on 3.5 and eat 1500 calories a day idk what to do should i just stick what im doing for a while longer or ?

It could be caused by your body adjusting to your routiene i found that i had to up my physical activity to continue to burn the same amount as i was before. Your body over time will find that once you do physical activity in a set time for so long that that is its norm try that or try doing a differnt fourm of workout it helped me along the way plenty.
