Ive just come back from a holiday and all there was to eat during the day was junk (theme parks!!!) Anyway, even though I was walking ALL DAY for 4 days, I still feel like Ive ballooned! My daily cal intake is usually between 1200-1300 but I know I went over, I just need some words of encouragement as Im worried Ive put on the 1/2 stone that I'd lost

While theme park food is most definitely not the most nutritious or low-calorie food available, I doubt that you managed to gain* whatever you have lost thus far. With all of the walking that you did, the "worst" you more than likely did was maintain your loss. I wouldn't worry too much about it, just make sure that you get back on track beginning with today.
Good luck on your continued weight loss.
Ciao!

* 1 Stone = ~10 U.S. Pounds?
jvermaes - One stone is equal to 14 lbs.
becky_dickel - Well what's done is done, I seriously doubt you've put on all the weight you've already lost. The scales may say you've put on a couple of lbs, but my guess is a lot of that would be water weight. Just try to drink lots of water to clear out any sodium etc. and stick to your diet and soon enough you'll be back to where you were before your holiday :).
Thanks everyone - I think I just felt so bad as It was the first time I'd slipped up so just got a bit down.

You do have to be able to eat outside of your home. That's part of the challenge, learning to eat when we're hungry and to make reasonably good decisions when we don't know the exact calories or sometimes to just eat what we feel like and deal with any consequences.
I was in WDW for a week in August and with all the walking around I maintained even though I had icecream almost everyday.
I have no weighed myself since I have come back. I'm a chicken. But I feel the same way...like a balloon! (also, it is TTOTM)
I don't know just HOW much you ate, but I doubt you really gained much weight if any.
