if you have access to a sauna you could easily lost the water weight. Or if you can handle it, workout for 20 mins with sweats on, you'll sweat it out quick.

2 lbs just runnning?wont i gian it back when i drink
ive gained a kilo and cant get it off.. for the past month ivedone nothing but failed at getting it offf/ i need drastic measures
this community isn't about quick fixes and drastic measures. if you've had a kilo of presumed "water weight" stay with you for a month then perhaps it is apart of your bodies natural (not fat) weight.
Fluid retention is often caused by dehydration.   Sweating out the water in a sauna would only makes dehydration worse.   As a general way to reduce fluid retention, drink a lot more water (1 to 2 litres per day - more if you exercise), eat plenty of fresh 'whole' foods and avoid dehyrating substances e.g.  Salt, processed/artificial/preserved foods, sweeteners, fizzy sodas, sugar, caffeine, alcohol.

arent there ways to sweat out weight fast? like wrestlers do for weigh ins
the way I suggested is how wrestlers do it. They wear heavy clothing and sweat it out while they work out. Or they sit in sauna's, also usually with a lot of clothes on. Just be careful. If it is a part of your body's natual weight, then it wont come off.

Yes, wrestlers sweet out water weight for weighins, but like you said in an earlier post, they just gain it back when they drink something.  It's not uncommon for wrestlers to be 5-10 lbs heavier for a match than they were at weigh-ins (and, at least in college, the match starts 1 hr after weigh-ins).

if it's only 1-2 lbs of water weight, and you know it's water weight, why are you upset about it? I'd be more concerned about fat weight or being dehydrated.
