what are some very high calorie healthy foods that I can eat during the day that will help me attain my goal of 3000+ calories per day????? I truly think being under weight is holding me back with most women that I am interested in so I am here to make a difference in my life by the end of this year and gain about 40-50 lbs of muscle or fat I dont care which because being 6 foot 5 and 140 lbs just isnt working for me anymore! pls help quick...thanks

I don't really know, but it Seems to me like you'd want to eat what the rest of us eat, just more of it. That would be the best way to stay with healthy food and raise your caloric intake. And of course, working out will make you stay healthy instead of putting on straight fat. A body builder might have much more information for you! I hope someone helps :)
