Help Me Grow A Butt!!
So, I'm slowly working back up to my normal squat weight...and want to get past that! (car accidents suck and slow everything down)
Ok, so. Besides heavy loaded squats, how do I grow a muscular & bodacious booty? Genetics has been kind in the way of not putting fat in my bum, but it's also a pain to make it more muscular. Literally. Yeeeowch.
What do you do for your fabulous booty? Hit me up with your best tips & tricks!

kickboxing and martial arts. Donkey kicks are also good for the rear.
Although genetically you may have a hard time 'growing' your rear, but these might help!
Squat, Stiff-Legged Deadlift.
i will mutate my genes by hitting up that stairmill...the one i've avoided at the gym for...2.5 years? heh heh? i've seen people on it, but have been so ... well ... intimidated!!!
and i noticed the people that have used it get a lot of attention. all the machines basically face it white it faces everyone else back. OY!
OK OK, i'll try it.
anything else? maybe holding warrior I and II for several minutes might do the trick too...but i'm not sure i can hold a full minute without sweating bullets and hoping i don't die from the pain.
i love the pain, i love the pain, i love the body the pain reveals....it's my new mantra.

An elliptical machine should do the trick as well, especially if you have a machine where you can increase the incline. Keep up the good work!
