Help! My hormones are out of control!!

Hello 50 Somethings!

About a year ago, I was ecstatic after losing 10 pounds through Weight Watchers and I was determined to keep my ideal weight. Well much to my demise, I gained it all back + 10! Could it have been due to my hormones and the onset of menopause? I am trying my best to watch what I eat and try to exercise every day! How bout it ladies - do you feel my pain?

I do feel your pain!  Every ounce is harder to take off! I read an article on line at womenhealthfocus.com  It was very informative and it did make me feel a bit better about the struggle.  I don't take any hormones for replacement. I just try to lead a healthier life. 

I say a good massage is in order!!
