Help How much??? I'm confused

Hi everyone

I'm new to the site and a bit confused Embarassed on the nutrition percentages.  How much carbs and proteins should I be aiming for daily.  Today was a very high carb and low protein day but I got a grade A.  Does that necessarily mean that I did it right? I'm aiming to lose 30 kilos by Christmas and would really like to get the balance right.
