Help! I've lost that perfect calculator!
I found a calorie calculator through a post on this site that I found extremely useful. Unfortunately, my dog knocked over my (now former) laptop a few weeks ago, taking with it my saved links.
This particular calculator not only estimated calorie expenditure, but also based the results of your current weight/bmi as a determinant of whether or not you had to gain, lose or maintain, and suggested calorie intakes based on that and activity level. It had additional slots for body fat percentage and wrist, hip and waist measurements.
This was not a big corporate health website, but something like an independently made page with little graphics. Does anybody know what I'm talking about?
hmm was this it? http://www.phord.com/cc/ took me ages to find! i love that one - actually useful lol! xxxxx

- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
