I was wondering if I should lose all the weight I plan to first and than start exercising, or exercise while im losing the weight. By exercise, im referring to situps etc..
I have a BIG stomach and I hate it! I hate it hanging over my jeans and showing throw my shirts!!
Someone shed some light on how to get rid of it give me an exercise routine or something!
Please! :) lol ...

You should definitely incorporate exercise with your diet plan. I find that it will help you reach your weight loss goals quicker as well as making you feel good. When I exercise, I feel that endorphin "high" every time and if I don't exercise, I feel a little down and out. It is kind of like my Prozac, so I highly recommend exercise to anyone and everyone :-) The Billy Blanks workout videos are a really challenging workout and you see results better than any other videos I have tried. I go to the YMCA 3 nights a week, they have some really great classes for all fitness levels. Hope this helps a little!!
I have the same problem too - I have a huge gut, and I can't stand it! I just started doing Slim in 6, I lost an inch off my waist in only 5 workouts! It's pretty easy - movement wise, but it does work you out. I highly recommend it!
The body can't spot reduce. I know, it sucks >.<
You just need continue the diet until your stomach fat gradually shrinks down. Then you may experience sagging skin, which abdominal exercise will tighten up.
Your body equally uses fat from everywhere in your body, and it gets it from where it can.

I was wondering if anyone can suggest what exercises would be good for someone that deals with chronic pain. I want to start walking on a regular basis but doubt that will be enough to loose the belly!!
