so.. as i've mentioned in a diff post, i have become insanely busy lately, with work (full time 9-5) , friends, music, moving out, everything. it's nice, but i have no time to work out.
i decided i'd try doing mornings, since it's pretty convenient to squeeze in. but i just CAN't! i can do it on weekends... but on weekdays when i get up early I am SO tired and feel like crap when I first wake up.. I just can't bring myself to excersize that early.
any tips on a routine or how to squeeze in excersise at a different time without interfering with .. life? lol

keep moving at work all the time , take the stairs instead of a lift , walk around more , that will burn more calories in your day anyway , and you could try to do a session at say 6/7pm
Hey, my life can be incredibly hectic as well, and I did the same as you. Tried to get up earlier that I already do to work out, and failed miserably. What I did was set a schedule everyweek where I can squeeze in 30min a few times. It is usually late at night, but its working for me. I had to learn that exercising is a part of life not a chore, so make time for it! I still get to go out with my friends and such, its just a little less relaxing time for me. But I love my workout time, I go running and it gives me some fresh air and time to myself. Afterwords I feel great! I hope this helps.
I feel for you. I hate getting up early!! Your body WILL get used to it though. For a short while it will be really hard. You'll get up, feeling awful and tired, but if this is something you really want to do, you will find the energy to push yourself out of bed. I don't know what your goals are, but if you are able to fit in a bit of exercise each day, it will really start to make a difference. Why don't you try small chunks of exercise at first? Don't get up an hour early- start squeezing in maybe 10- 15 minutes. Then try to see if you can go for a walk on your lunch break, or before bed.
I tried to give excuses to my doctor the last time I saw her. Some were similar to yours. She just looked and me and said it was time to quit making the excuses and make time to exercise.
You don't have to do it all at one time. You can break iit down into smaller sessions until yu get used to it or can make more time at one time of the day. I have heard that sometimes it is better to break it down into samller sessions because it helps to give that energy boost at different times of the day.

Squeeze your buns constantly. Just not when you walk because you will look like you have a pickle in your butt ;)
