So my problem is that these past couple of weeks, maybe a bit longer, I've completely lost all kind of motivation to do anything at all - even eat, let alone exercise.

No food appeals to me at all, not even my beloved porridge (I never thought the day would come when even a bowl of porridge would "hit the spot"). I'm not getting hungry either. And although sometimes I get the faintest desire to do some exercise, that desire vanishes within a couple of seconds.

My calories have been dangerously low...500-900 depending. And they're being forced down just because I feel I HAVE to eat something. What's going on??? Why am I feeling like this??? Does anyone have any similar experiences with just not wanting anything to eat??? Please write back soon, if someone can inspire me then I might just manage to get some dinner before bed! Thanks :)

Make a decision to do something positive. View each thing you eat as a positive also. Then check your blood pressure, iron, and for depression.

I get like this every fall. I find that I get depressed and restart my anti-depressant medicine. I have SAD which is Seasonal Affectiveness Disorder.  But there are other factors, so get checked out.

^ there is an actual disorder for that? Every summer I get this hatred towards my b'f and I dont know what it is and as soon as fall hits Im perfectly fine and lovey dovey w. him. I dont know if my problem is related to SAD but crap I wasnt sure if that was possible.

Sounds like it in reverse. It's supposed to be the amount of sun exposure...but I think for me it is also the amount of allergens.

I am anti food sometimes.. but then a couple of weeks later I snap out of it and eat everything in sight. Maybe just try to force yourself to walk around the block really briskly. If it feels good and you want to keep going, then do it, but if you don't feel like it, then go back home and consider your other options. You might be stressed from work or home life? That's what usually happens to me. And then all I crave is beer for dinner! Probably not the best route. Hopefully this helps, but atleast you know other people have similar experiences, right?
