Hello everyone,
I feel like I have been on a mental rollercoaster these past few years. Throughout high school I was always overweight and have ALWAYS wanted to just stop messing around and actually lose the weight.
In my senior year in high school and freshman year at college I weighed over 300 pounds and 6'1. Throughout the past 4 months I have slowly lost 25-30 pounds and started to feel a lot better about myself.
I do not think that it is so much that I can't do it, it is just I can't figure out why I don't go through with it and finish off what I've started.
Can somebody please help me out?
I like to buy poster boards. Then I decorate it really happy and festive. I do 10 lb, boxes. All the boxes are there all the way down to how much weight I want to lose. My goal weight.... Each 10 lbs. I lose I put a great sticker in the box . I change up everything every 20 lbs I lose. Meaning exercise, What I eat, even a new pair of jeans. It makes it fun and different and I have to be creative. I take my old fat jeans and I hang them in the garage, right beside each other. ON THE WALL THEY ARE NAILED! So I can see the transition and how fat I was. So when I come and go through the day it motivates me. I love to hang a new pair on the wall. You need to be you and be creative, have fun do something out of the ordinary. It will help you through the tough times. Do not punish yourself, we have already done that by becoming so over weight. Our poor little bodies..... Postive or negatively we need to lose. You deserve to be happy and nice to yourself. So be funny, happy and creative and get going and keep going. How exciting when you reach the day you will lose all your weight. luv, Tina ![]()
Wow! What great ideas!

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
