I am trying to get back in the swing of things and having a hard time…. I am about to turn 25 and I have decided that I am going to get back into working out and taking care of my body!  My biggest issue right now is that I work full time on the weekends (three 12 hours shifts) and go to school during the week and finding time to workout and eat well is really hard! So any suggestions on how to workout when I have a million other things on my to do list!  I’m 5’5 and weigh 142 I know I’m in the healthy range but I feel bigger then I like my goal is to weigh 130 and would really like someone who is committed to living a healthy lifestyle to be my buddy!  Thanks for all the support

hi i m also 5 feet 5 inches and my current weight is 120 lb, well u have a tight schedule, well since u r busy during weekends, may be u can take out 30 min during week days, this is what i did, it was not possible for me to go to gym. i have little daughter, so i started out by walking then i gradually graduated to running, if u r running even for 30 min. 4 times a week u can loose substantial weight, u can get up little early in the morning, this is what i did, i know u r time strapped, still whenever possible try to make healthy choices, when ever i m out i always carry healthy snacks,my favourite being fruits, so even if i m hungry i know i m carrying something healthy,

i hope this help.

Hey, i'll be your buddy. I'm 5'7 and 173.7 pounds. Im 17 and im looking for someone to be my weight loss buddy too.

I'd like to get down to about 130 as well.

Idea's for working out, tv ad's or when you're not doing anything just somethign like press ups or sit ups is good. Also some running for the cardio, if it was running from class to class even.
