Help I need some motivation!
Hi Everyone!
I am a 21 year old female looking for a little motivation to get me going and keep me going. I am 5 foot 3 and currently weigh 170 pounds. My goal is to get to 110 pounds. 3 years ago I had lost 30 pounds and reached 115 pounds doing weight watchers, but unfortunately when I stopped going I gained all my weight back plus more. I work at a gym so I find it hard to workout before and after work even though I have a free membership. Who wants to spend 10-12 hours at work?! My eating habits have gotten really bad as I constantly eat out, I keep telling myself I will change but I haven't. Does anyone have any fun workout ideas or easy fast tasty healthy recepies? What do you do for motivation? HELP!
at most sporting goods stores you can find small pedal machines,.,.its very small and only costs about 25 dollars....you can sit it in front of the couch and pedal when you are watching tv....it doesn't sound like much but it will definitely get you started in the right direction and doesn't interrupt any part of your day.... you could also place it on your lap and exercise your arms......
Hi bri......u sound just like me! i work at a gym too and now i jsut cant get myself to work out out after work.....when i first started i was like this is great! free membership! im gonna work out every day! that only lasted so long....now i get so tired after my shifts. im losing my motivation =[ my sisters wedding is in 3 months and i want to be in great shape. i only need to lose about 15lbs but still. i need help too!!! lolwe can help each other stay motivated. we can do it! just think thin hehee <3
