HELP!!!!!! what to do next??

FINALLY!!

im down to my goal of 110 lbs!! (=

to make sure that i really accomplished my goal, i waited for more than a week to see if the weight will go up or down, and fortunately it stayed at 110 for more than seven days. so here's the deal: im 18 y.o., my body is okay (not skinny, not flabby), im 5"2 and im adviced to take 1200 cals a day (sedentary lifestyle i guess--im a college student and my stresses come from mental tasks more than physical ones) .. i eat healthy, too. a lot of fruits and veggies in a day. i only eat meat (beef, pork, chicken) once or twice a week. i get my protein from tuna (or any fish), or beans.. i eat only whole grain bread products. i drink about 2-3liters of [only] water a day. i do exercise 6 days a week--alternating cardio and strength training, sometimes i do pilates and mild yoga for refreshing my body. so here's my question:

how do i maintain my weight? i dont have problems with the daily exercise and with the 1200cal allowance. the problem is: i want to maintain this weight AND be able to tone up my body.my body is very much well-proportioned, i think, i look at myself in the mirror a lot of times in a day to see what else is wrong. i love my back and my legs and my arms. the only problem? u guessed right: my abs. particularly, the lower abs. what do i do now? given the facts about my current lifestyle and stats,

what changes or additions do i have to do to my lifestyle -- weight maintenance-wise, diet-wise, and exercise-wise..??

please help me??..............

thanks guys. this'll really be a lot of help. (=

Exercising 6 days a week does not equal a sedentary lifestyle!

You need more then 1,200 calories a day. Try upping it to 1,400 and see what happens.

There is no such thing as toning. You're either building muscle mass or you're not. That being said, women can never build as much muscle mass as men, and it's possible you will burn fat while building muscle mass, so that your weight won't go up that much.

Hi Shareecola!  Congrats on reaching your goal.  Smile

1200 calories are your "dieting" calories.  Now that you are in maintenance mode try adding a 100 calories each week to your diet until you reach a point that you are not losing/gaining.

A balanced, healthy diet and exercise are the key fundamentals of great abs.
