okay, i am in cross country..  but recently i have injured my hip.    :(   causing me to take the last week to 'rest' , and not be able to compete to my fullest ability.     i have been eating as much as i would be as if i was still in 'competitive' mode.   but thats not the case.   so i am eating the normal 2000-2200 cals.  that i used to be at.

and a little voice in my head is telling me to slow down on food, but it has been hard.    - i have started to tell myself that if i just skip lunch, i will lose weight.  BUT it is easier said than done.   (my friend in cross country skips meals all the time. and she is tiny)     =[

it sounds really bad, but what are ways for me to 'help' myself...   not eat out of boredom.  and ONLY when i am hungry?!
