HELP! Went over my calorie goal...and its only lunch time! What do I do for dinner?
I've reached my calorie goal for the day....and it's only lunch time! Any ideas for VERY low calorie, but satisfying dinners?
You realize that you need to do a bit of planning for a better day right?
Some ideas for your supper....good large salad with a bit of protein in it. Will fill you up and also provide the protein.
My suggestion for dinner is don't panic. It's like with medicine: If you miss a dose don't double up; just return to your usual dosage the next day. Well, if you eat too many calories too soon, don't undereat the rest of the day; just get back on track. Eat what you usually would for dinner. Don't panic. You're okay. You can survive a few hundred extra calories, just for today.
Listen to Joni, she knows what she's talking about and don't feel bad! I did the exact same thing today! You're not alone. (well, I didn't go over...yet, but I will) It happens. You'll do better tomorrow. If you're still really freaked out, eat a ton of veggies and like, 4oz of skinless/boneless chicken breast or firm, white-fleshed fish like tilapia grilled/broiled, basically what Patsy suggested.
