'Pissed' as in 'drunk' or 'annoyed'.... ?
Take a long, hard look at your 'perfect' diet. A common mistake people make is to aim for too low a calorie intake. This means they wake up in the night starving hungry and needing to eat. Entirely predictable and doesn't mean they're weak-willed.... just means they haven't eaten enough. The way to avoid a repeat occurrence is to work out a more realistic calorie target, eat regularly & make better food choices. If you're over 21 use the CC calculator and set it to at least a 'light' activity level.
Second thing on your 'perfect diet'.... make sure it is packing a good nutritional punch. Plenty of things like vegetables, wholegrains, some fats, meat, fish.... a good balance.... will mean that what you eat is more satisfying and lasts longer. A lot of processed, ready-made and packaged foods are not very nutritious and will leave you feeling hungry.
At 5'0" and 110lbs, (BMI 21.5) you're already at quite a low weight. Your midnight snacks won't have made any difference to what you weigh. You don't have to punish yourself with exercise to 'burn it off' either.... that's a very negative way to approach exercise and food alike.
In the morning, start the day with a good-sized, nourishing breakfast and take it from there. Regular meals, better food choices and very probably a lot more calories....
Oh that must have been 5000 calories and you are going to gain 3.2 lbs of it................sorry had to do that. Of course I am joking, because there is no way we could tell you these things!
Like gi-jane said, you really need to look again at your diet and see if you need to change some things around on it to be more fulfilled. Besides that I really don't think you should sweat it that much, another day, another chance, this will not set you back in any way, this is just what we call life and well....life happens! Your weight will fluctuate anyway, if you would or would not have eaten those things, cause that is just how our bodies work. There is no time table connected to us where we HAVE to be a certain weight or size by a certain day, we are in this for life and well, life lasts a lifetime ;-)
And honestly.....it DID taste good now didn't it?
Yeah... if you're starving in the middle of the night, you're not eating enough during the day. Don't beat yourself up about some snacks! Maybe up your calorie goal by 100-200 calories? What is your goal weight? How many calories are you aiming for? And are you allowing yourself treats (like one small piece of fudge) during the day? I go crazy if I don't get a sweet after dinner.
Don't worry about what happened...prepare for the next time. You obviously are not sleeping well and therefore need to eat more before bed. I found a bowl of oatmeal or other grain cereal like bran with a 1/2 a banana helped me sleep....the calories are low but this will stay with you longer and allow you to sleep.
Remember Sleep is critical to weight loss...when your tired your less likely to stick the game plan. And those cravings will be front and centre, especially for sugar..
Relax and look ahead...
good luck
check how much you ate by going to the "add food section" and search for it and if its not there disect it and add them to your list. It will give you a general idea of what you ate.
My advice; Exercise more and be more "busy"/activie during the day. Then you won't stay up so late at night. You can't have food cravings if your sleeping!

Figure out what type of eater you are and you might just find the answer to permanent weight loss.
