I'm literally going insane.

I used to anorexic, now I've gained all the weight back but have another problem...

I can't for the life of me stop binging.

The longest I've gone is 4 days...

I don't know why.

I cry myself to sleep almost every night.

I have tried for almost 2 years to stop but I just can't.

I have tried everything..is there anything I can do.

I wish I had some words of wisdom. I just want to offer you my encouragement! I'm sorry you're going through this and I hope someone with some experience in this area gives you some info to help you!

Bingeing after recovery can be a common occurance from what I hear.

I don't know if this applies to you or not, but I have to ask.....After you binge, do you try to restrict the next day?  I've seen quite a few recoverers who have done this and it is why they keep bingeing.  It's because their bodies never fully get used to a steady intake.  They end up going into this terrible binge/restrict cycle.  If this is not you, then I apologize.  Maybe someone else with more experience will have some good suggestions for you.

Maybe try staying away from food and drink a lot of water or flavored water.. my hunger goes away when I drink powerade or crystal light. Re-direct your energy and take a walk or clean. I'm sorry if this isn't helping..

you could also just write.. or keep a handy bag of baby carrots or other veggies?

im not sure staying away from food is the answer particuarly if youve suffered from anorexia, this could send you dont that road again

firstly i really think you need to seek, professional help cbt is very good for binging disorder . there are people who will be better equiped to help you .

what is your bmi ? and calorie intake without the binges i askk this as as these could be factors contributing to your binges h x

Have you tried building yourself up a proper consistent plan and sticking to it every day?

Like have 3 good main meals and 3 good snacks every day, keep your energy levels up, make sure your eating enough for your acitivty level because if you undereat for what you are doing this will set you up for a binge. Also if you do binge dont cut back the next day because that just sets you straight back into the cycle.

Keeping yourself on a consistent plan might really help.
