It's a long story, but I don't know if I can make this work anymore. I want to give up on life, and I don't have anyone in the world who will care. My family doesn't want me around and my friends are all too busy with their own lives to care, or hate me already. please, somebody, I need to know that someone cares but I don't know what to do I feel so horrible, so unloveable.

Well, if it means anything, I don't even know you and I care.  I'm sure your family and friends care about you, they just haven't been expressing it well lately.

*hug*

You can work through this. You are loved.

just like a food craving, wait it out.  it lessens.

(plus, strangely this helps me, not living is messy.  all your muscles go loose, and that means ALL. death?  im ok with that.  soiling my pants?  not so much.)

we care.  i do at least.  there are always going to be moments that you feel absolutely alone, true or not.  part of life is learning to deal with those moments.  as someone who is perpetually depressed, i fight wanting to just let go each day.  you just have to make the deal that its not today that you give up.

just a few more hours, and the sun comes up.  a few more hours after that, its another day.  just keep waiting for the next change.  at some point,  you will feel better.  maybe not great, but better.  and it sounds like a lot of your feelings are externally motivated-- time is the best cure for those emotions.

good luck and if you ever want to talk feel free to pm me.

curl up with a teddy and cry your eyes out.  it will be better in the morning.  i promise.

Missybear25_2004,

God loves you- You were put here for a purpose & just maybe what your going through now is part of that purpose- Hang in there. 1 Peter 5:10

What about finishing your book? Did you lose all that weight for you or in hopes to meet Mr. right?  Chances are you lost the weight being in high school because of peer pressure. You need to have your mind catch up to your body. You are still thinking fat! Here are some tips!

  1. Write positive post-it notes all over the house to remind yourself how good you are!
  2. Finish that book you started so you can help someone else! When you help someone else, it takes your mind off of YOU and you naturally feel better about yourself because your are helping!
  3. Tell your family how you feel about yourself and them. Chances are they do not have a clue. You need to make the first move!
  4. Give yourself a hug! Stand up and jump around like a wild women to get some extra Oxygen in your brain and bloodstream! This helps you feel better really fast! Then repeat: I will stop feeling ???? Only YOU can control your own feelings!

Good luck! Smile! Keep your chin up! Help someone else!

Huggs!

I love you
