Im Going Into The Airforce And The MINIMUM Weight Requirement For My Height (68inches or 5ft8inches) Is 125Lbs. Right Now I Weigh Between 110-115Lbs.

Right Now I Maintain This With 1800 Calories A Day. How Can I Gain These Last 10lbs In A Healthy Manner?

Lots of protein and whole grains.  Try some supplements as well (Ensure or boost) between meals.  Go for about 2400 cals a day
Work on building up your muscles with resistance exercises while increasing your caloric intake, so your body stays fit.
how much should i eat?

add an excess of 500-700 cals each day,

+500 = 1lb/week
+700 = 1.5lbs/week.

100% whey protein. You can get it almost anywhere. I got mine at walmart. It's a powder that comes in different flavors. I personally use chocolate flavor with skim milk. One in the mourning and one after your workout. should give you about 40-50 more grams of protein a day.
