Help Please, i need to know something about carbohydrates
Hi All,
Am new to CC :) really nice website :)
I just need to know something about carbohydrates, when we say eliminate carbohydrates for a few days, say 4 days, does it also mean eliminate red beans, white beans,whole grains....etc. or is it only the typical carbs found in bread, pasta, rice..etc?
Your help is highly appreciated as i've messed up with my diet for a week days and i need to compensate for all that binging :)
