ok so i do have a puffy chest basically man boobs but they rnt that big, they r manageable and i want to lose them before swim season which is in november 15th, i weight about 207 pounds and am 6 feet 3 inche . . . what excercises can i do on the weekends and on friday that will help alot, im starting to jog two laps around a track and suicides and 100m dashes but what can i do on weekdays to help my chances of losing weight . . . my ideal weight is about 190 pounds
