Help Reading The Burn Meter

Quote  |  Reply

This may sound really dumb. But I don't understand what the top and bottom and numbers mean on the burn meter. I know that on the eat meter, the top number is how many calories I am allowed that day and the bottom number is how many I have eaten. Can anyone tell me what these numbers mean on the burn meter?

Top number is the estimate of what you will burn today, bottom number is where you are so far. Adding exercise into the activity log changes the numbers.  It's a good place to look for figuring out your daily calorie needs (just subtract 500-700 calories from the top number).

Hope that helps!

That makes sense!! Thanks!

Ha, that's exactly what I was going to ask. Now I don't have to, thanks.
