Hi I'm Ken, 21, male. In 7 weeks that I've been here I lost 20 lbs already. I've gone down from 165 lbs to 145 lbs.

However, I recently noticed that my arms are now sagging.

I would like to start exercising next week.

What exercises should I do to work out my upper body especially my arms?

Please help me!

well ken ,first are you talking about the triceps?if yes you have a long road to do it but the good side is you can workout them everyday. go to bodybuilding .com you can fins many many exersises.
yes definately go to a bodybuilding website,  they have tons of exercises.  I go there to for new moves once and awhile and its works for men and women.  It shows you technique
